Privacy Policy

Browsing the shop

You don't need an account to use this site, and there are no forms to fill in. We don't ask for your name, email or address to look at listings.

When you contact us

When you tap “Ask on WhatsApp” or call us, we receive your phone number, the name on your WhatsApp profile if you have one, and the messages you send — including the item’s name and link, which are filled in for you. WhatsApp is run by Meta, and Meta’s own privacy policy applies to messages sent through it.

When you buy

If you buy an item, we keep a record of the sale — the item, the price, the date, and your name and phone number — so we can honour your 1-month warranty and keep our business records.

How we use it

Only to answer your questions, arrange the sale and handle warranty requests. We don’t sell your information, and we don’t share it with anyone for marketing. We won’t add you to any mailing or broadcast list unless you ask us to.

Photos and listings

Listing photos show the items for sale, never our customers. Listings and photos are stored with Supabase, a hosted database and storage provider, and the site is hosted on Netlify.

Analytics and advertising

We use Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel (Facebook) to see how visitors use the shop — for example which listings are viewed and how often the WhatsApp button is tapped — and to measure our ads. These tools may set cookies in your browser. You can control them in your browser settings, Meta's ad preferences, or Google's Ads Settings.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, or to delete your messages and contact details. If you bought an item, we may keep the basic sale record for as long as we need it for the warranty and our business records.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
